Everything is new and fresh at the beginning of a year. In 2016 Wuhan HL Engineering Tool Co., Ltd. have completed shareholding system reform and rename, and have joined the national SME share transfer system (NEEQ). I, on behalf of the company, would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our hard working employees and esteemed customers!

Ten years ago, the company separated from the world's third largest oil drill bit manufacturer, and resolutely ventured into the new area of rock-breaking tools. In the past ten years,top priority have been given to customer needs. The company endeavors to provide customers with quality products and services with continuous technological innovation, have won wide recognition and praises from domestic and foreign clients.

The company is the first enterprise to R&D and manufacture shield tools and TBM cutters in China. With our solid technical resource in rock breaking tools and abundant manufacturing resources, we have been leading the localization of disc cutters and accessories in China to replace imported products. Except that we have begun to lead the industry in certain areas of shield tools.

We dare to take the leading position, and we are willing to be the pioneer in the field of rock breaking tools. The company has realized full range diversified and large-scale development and manufacturing of horizontal directional drilling tools. The performance of our products have reached or surpassed the domestic and foreign competitors and become the ideal choice for many customers.

The company continuously invests in product research and development. We are committed to product innovation and market development, having realized related diversification and competitive differentiation.

I am pleased to see that "HL Engineering" has grown into a well-known brand at home and abroad in rock breaking field. The sales revenue has doubled for many years. We have become a large tax payer in East Lake High-tech Development Zone which is one of the three national high-tech zones, and become one of the top 20 enterprises in Guanggu district because of our excellent growth potential. For many consecutive years, we have been named "gazelle enterprise" by the development zone. Our business management and governance structure have been improved gradually. We have successfully completed the shareholding system reform, and successfully landed in the National SME share transfer system, achieving a new leap forward in company's development.

We will stick to the development concept of “relying on the staff, serving customers, repaying shareholders, and achieving win-win cooperations”, strengthen close tie between technology innovation, products, and service, continue to provide more and better personalized products and services to meet the ever changing conditions in trenchless field, and practice the solemn commitment of becoming "China’s expert in geotechnical tunneling”.

Old glories have past and in the future we still need to struggle hard. All our staff will not forget our original goal, and go all out to forge ahead. We believe that perseverance is the key to sustainability. Only persistence can make us last in the market.
